Experience

Business Analytics/Operations Support

In this capacity, I implemented best-in-class tools, processes, and systems to support the team’s ambitious objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Partnering with Engineering and IT teams, I enhanced the organization’s technology infrastructure and analytics capabilities, driving operational efficiency and streamlining workflows. Serving as the primary liaison for key business systems such as Cvent, Eloqua, and Salesforce, I optimized their functionality to maximize impact and efficiency within the enterprise membership group. Additionally, I led initiatives to deliver a seamless experience for members, contributing to annual revenue exceeding $50M. By redefining business practices and enhancing workflows, I improved collaboration and efficiency, ensuring scalability. I also managed full compliance with contractual requirements, overseeing purchase orders, statements of work, technical specifications, procurement processes, quality clauses, and commercial terms to maintain operational integrity and regulatory adherence.

HR Generalist

In this capacity, I managed key HR lifecycle processes, including development planning, succession planning, and performance management, to align employee growth with business objectives. I collaborated closely with stakeholders to assess workforce needs, ensuring the effective allocation of resources. Additionally, I led a high-touch recruitment process for over 250 hires, overseeing job postings, interviewing, credential verification, and seamless onboarding and offboarding while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. I also played a critical role in payroll administration, overseeing weekly transactions, invoice reviews, and time-off accruals for a workforce of over 400 employees. Leveraging a Human Resources Information System (HRIS), I maintained accurate and confidential employee records. To enhance employee engagement and retention, I designed and facilitated a comprehensive new hire orientation program and developed e-learning materials focused on performance improvement and policy adherence. Additionally, I provided strategic consultation on business initiatives and organizational effectiveness, implementing change management strategies to drive operational success.

Project Management

Led the end-to-end project management of a real-time online application within the customer interface system, overseeing its conceptualization, implementation, and continuous updates. Managed timelines, resources, and stakeholder collaboration to optimize the sales process and improve communication between teams and customers.

Client & Vendor Relationships

Acted as the primary consultant for the clinical research lab’s business unit, delivering strategic guidance and operational support to over 200 global clients and product manufacturers. Facilitated seamless collaboration between research teams and industry partners, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, project objectives, and business goals. Provided expert insights on process optimization, resource allocation, and data-driven decision-making to enhance research efficiency and drive innovation within the organization.
